The rain didn't dampen the spirits of the two teams of Secondary Girls at the CSSA State Netball Gala Day in Sydney today. In the words of the head of CSSA the girls were 'fabulous!' They put their best effort out on the court and for the Under 15 team it resulted in draws and some close games and for the undefeated Opens team there was an opening into the semi finals. Leading at half time 13-11 against Inaburra Christian School the WWCC team suffered a close loss 27-24. Thank you to the College Sport Coordinators, Mrs Vanessa Vidler and Mr Blake Cunningham for organising such a great time away. The girls were pumped for today's competition after watching the Swift's narrow victory over the Giants at Sydney Olympic Park yesterday. We look forward to hearing all their stories on their return to Wagga this evening. Big thank you to parent Claire Buchtmann for so many great action shots!!
