January 2022 Three Band 6 results (students receiving over 90%) in Design and Technology were the cream of the crop in a creative class which achieved so highly in the HSC 2021. Special congratulations to Joe, Isaac and Merridy for their projects which focused on serving our community. Joe designed an extension within a nursing home complex which met the needs of young, displaced people who find themselves needing supportive accommodation. Isaac designed a security sensor perfect for farm or pool gates. While Merridy published a book, complete with soft toy, which aimed to comfort children with anxiety issues. Well done to students, parents and Mr David Crick, Head of TAS. Your hard work and creativity has the potential to impact other's lives in many positive ways.
