Friday 19 May 2023 Growing vegetables from scratch is very satisfying! Year 7 & 8 IXL Environment spend time each week in the veggie patch next to the Administration building, growing tasty morsels such as tomatoes, onions and potatoes. A harvest of potatoes this week, planted in 2022 and sprouting again in 2023, were washed, peeled and cut into potato chips ready for a hot oven. A perfect snack for a cold day!
