Monday Music performed in front of family and friends this week, with ensembles from Years 3 and 4 demonstrating their finesse on their instruments after at least a year's worth of learning. Christmas carols featured during the performances with renditions of Hark the Hearld Angels Sing and Jingle Bells. The audience were given a window into the hardships that musicians often endure - from regular broken reeds to suffering from 'saxophone jaw' - a result of a lot of practising. The College is thankful for the partnership with the Riverina Conservatorium of Music and to Mr Geoffrey Xeros, Director of Music for the strength of the music program at WWCC. Well done Years 3 & 4, don't stop practising over the holidays!!
