Week 5 term 3, 2023
Learning notes and bringing them together into a piece of music seems to be a straightforward task for Year 2. At their assembly last week, 2S and 2C showcased their exceptional skills on the recorder under the guidance of Miss Kimberley Scriven from the Conservatorium of Music. In addition to their musical performance Year 2 shared some of what they have been learning from Genesis in morning devotions, "We have learnt how God made the world beautifully and it was perfect. God made the heavens and the earth in 6 days. And God said it was good." A dance celebrating God's creation concluded their performances.
