February 2022 In late February Jemima Nugent, Year 11, participated in Canberra Royal Show 2022, and won Reserve Champion Parader . This backs up her 2021 win of School Parader Champion at the Canberra Royal Cattle Show. But this was not her only win for the show. Jemima’s heifer, Nuggets Risky Business, from the Nugent's Red Angus Stud, won the Senior Champion Female. A massive congratulations to Jemima, and after qualifying at Henty Show for the State Final Parader at the Sydney Royal in April we look forward to hearing the results. Simba the Steer, also part of the Nugent's Red Angus Stud, also went to Canberra show and placed second in the purebred steer class (340-440kg). See Simba below with full reign of the backyard!
