A massive thank you to the 80+ people who gathered in the MPC last night in an effort to fundraise for the Secondary STEM teams as they head towards National competition in Adelaide in 2024. In partnership with AgriPark CSU, the College community participated in a meat tasting event which raised $1300 towards travel costs for the interstate competition. As participants thoughtfully chewed through their meat morsels the STEM teams introduced themselves and explained the competition and the benefits they are enjoying working hard as a team towards specific goals. Participants ranged from staff, parents, sponsors of the teams, interested community members, aunties and grandmothers and neighbours. It was wonderful to watch people sharing stories, listening to the students and exploring the trade displays through the evening. Thank you for the support you have shown our Secondary students.
