Monday night kicked off the John Vrolyks Shield Open Girls Basketball competition. The College played the reigning premiers in a strong game. WWCC kept within 1 point until halftime with some outstanding defence from Roseanna Ward keeping the team in touch. After half time Mater Dei Catholic College flexed their muscle and ran away with the victory, 34-11. The girls play again 4:30pm Tuesday 31 May (that's today!) and Tuesday 6 June at Equex Multi-Purpose Centre. Come along and support the girls!
